Nothing is more beautiful than the uniqueness that God has created.
You don’t have to create the beauty – you’ve got the beauty.
You don’t have to create the freedom – you’ve got it.
You don’t have to create the image of God in you – you have it.
You don’t have to win over God’s love – you have more than you know what to do with.

Opportunities for Prayer at LPC
There is a prayer box with pencil and paper located in the Narthex every Sunday morning. You may leave your written prayer requests in that box and may be assured they remain confidential. The Pastor opens the box and passes the requests along to a small prayer group who will pray for the requests.
“Bear one another’s burdens and thus fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2.
There is an opportunity to pray with the pastor and at least one other person, twice a month, directly after the Sunday worship service.
Two, three or more regularly participate on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. The services consist of Centering Prayer practice involving a period of silent stillness in an effort to open one’s mind and heart to God in quiet meditation. Short scriptural recitations open and conclude the period of silence.
