• A mask must be worn upon entering the church and at all times while in the facilty; it must cover both the nose and the mouth. Once guidelines for communion are established, masks may be removed for the partaking of the elements, but must be immediatley placed back over the nose and mouth after consumption.
  • Entrance into the church must be by the center main Narthex doors. You may not congregate in this area. Only one person will be allowed to enter through the main doors at a time unless you are part of a family group. No other door will be accessible for entrance. There will be signage and floor decals to direct you.
  • The temperature of everyone will be taken before entering.
  • At all times, you must observe 6' of distance from all people not in your household. Pews in the Sanctuary have been clearly marked for seating to ensure physical distancing. Only family groups may sit together.
  • Hymnals and Bibles have been removed. The weekly Orders of Worship will be sent electronically and you are encouraged to print it at home and bring with you, or to download it onto your phone or table and use the device during service.
  • No outside food and/or beverages are permitted.
  • There will be no access to other parts of the building; this includes the offices, kitchens, downstairs, the Chapel or the Fireside Room.
  • Restrooms will be closed, at this time.
  • At the conclusion of worship, dismissal of attendees will be achieved in an orderly fashion by row. The 19th Ave. side will depart by the front side door (closest to the music office) onto the side porch and the 20th Ave. side will depart by the left side Narthex door and depart out onto the front porch.

Additional information:

  • All public areas including door handles, surfaces, and seating areas will be regularly cleaned throughout the period the Church is open.
  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or do not feel well, please do not visit at this time. Follow the guidance of the CDC website to review the symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Please understand, while our Church session and staff will make every precaution consistent with the guidance of public health officials, church attendees and guests should be aware that the risk of contracting COVID-19 cannot be completely eliminated in this, or any, public space. NOTE: During this time of worldwide pandemic, you enter the church building at your own risk.

When the church reopens, there are several changes to be expected when you enter the building. We have listed below the  mandatory guidelines for all who enter the church building. Please review the information and guidelines below carefully before you visit. We assume this guidance will change over time, so regular updates will be provided here and via e-mail. For now, we ask for your prayers as we prepare to reunite physically for prayer and worship during an extraordinary time.  Finally, we ask you to observe every consideration and caution as you evaluate the risks; discerning what is best for you and your household. If you feel unwell, please stay home.

In-person worship is Suspended until January 10, 2021 due to COVID-19.
